Hot water and the ripple system
Sorry i'm not sure about this but would like some info if someone could help?
First question, do we still use the ripple system in NZ with our hot water cylinders?
Second question, if it is still active, is there any way to stop it, by either ringing power company or other methods would be welcome?
Having a toddler means we need hot water more than we used too but it's always barely warm even first thing in the morning and with little to no usage at all i'm confused why we have no hot water. No long showers either. Never have an issue in summer...when we use less hot water.
