FRIENDLY REMINDER: Prescription Subsidy Charges
FRIENDLY REMINDER: We are now getting closer to the end of the month, for our customers who have a prescription subsidy please note that this will expire on the 31st of JANUARY 2018 - this means that you will begin paying the $5.00 surcharge (or more if the item is unfunded) until you reach 20 paid for items. We understand this can be difficult for some people, particularly those who take many medications, if you have any issues paying the co payment please speak to our Pharmacist(s) for further information.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
