He thanks the likes of school teachers who have sent out material to keep students working productively and suggests people have a secluded spot they can retire to during celebrations if they need some time to collect their thoughts or for a bit of peace and quiet.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
