Remember, oleuropein is the active antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and antiparasitic component of olive leaf.
My own experience: Last year was the first full year without having cold/flu in my entire life (63 yrs). At first sign of symptoms, I took a tsp of powder in a little water or juice (its quite bitter) every few hours. Symptoms would disappear after each dose. Kate. Feb 20.
