If you have trees/shrubs on the boundary, especially beside a footpath, keep the branches away from the path or over it ... on these wintery days its not nice to hit greenery with the head and get watered ... also be aware that flowering trees like camellias drop their flowers onto the footpath and in the wet theyre very slippery, maybe tidy them up
