Selling Nissan Rnessa 4WD 1998

Abby from Greerton - Parkvale

Great condition!!
- I've never seen a station wagon with so much space.
- 4WD with a towbar
- 206,000km
- Been serviced and looked after.
- Automatic
- 2.2L Engine

It's had 2 owners not including me. I was given it by a retired man in our church about 6 months ago. That man had owned it for a long time but had hardly used it as he was very wealthy and had other cars. He serviced it regularly and took good care of it. My wife and I love this car- it's been perfect for moving things around and towing a trailer for our wedding at the start of this year. Now that the wedding is over, and we are settled in Tauranga, the car is too big for us. All we need is a small run-around-town car and we also need the money.
When I first got it I put some new tires on it...I think 2 or 3. I took it for a warrant at the start of the year and it passed with no issues.
Got no faults. Drives beautifully.
If you want to come view it/ take it for a ride, let me know.

Price: $3,000

How can our communities manage a drop in school funding without losing the "soul" of our local schools in the Bay of Plenty?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

New Zealand is seeing some big demographic shifts, and the reality is that shrinking school rolls are on the horizon 📉🏫

Since school funding and teacher numbers are tied to how many students are in the classrooms, our local schools might be facing some "belt-tightening" in the coming years.

Our question to you: How can our communities manage a drop in school funding without losing the "soul" of our local schools in the Bay of Plenty?

🪱🐦 When are you the most productive? 🌙🦉

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Post has been diving into our daily habits, and research suggests being an early bird or a night owl isn’t just a choice—it’s biology! We all have that specific time when our brains finally "click" into gear.

This raises a big question for the modern workplace. To get the best out of everyone, should employers accommodate our natural body clocks? This idea is at the heart of the four-day work week and flexible scheduling movements.

We want to hear from you:
1. When does your brain "click" into gear?
2. Would a flexible (or shortened) schedule change the way you work?

🌉🛶 Early Birds Might Crack This One First… or Not? 🥚🧠

The Riddler from The Neighbourly Riddler

A person is crossing a bridge and sees a boat full of people, yet there isn't a single person on board.
How is this possible?

(Susan from Massey kindly provided this head-scratcher ... thanks, Susan!)
