One person only , room rent is $210 p/w and one week bond payment upfront. Includes double bed, bedside draw, reasonable use of power, water, unlimited WIFI internet, cleaning materials, rubbish collection, lawn etc. Foods & personal toiletries are on your own.
An ideal flat mate would be someone who is clean, tidy, respectful & well-mannered.
House is in a very quiet & safe area .
No pets, no smokers, no drugs.
