Great news we finally have a local super market that we can pop into Monday-Sunday 7am-9pm, and bonus for the keen LOTTO PLAYERS they have that too, no more queuing on Cameron Road from Greerton to Pyes Pa taking 10 minutes to get back home, a quick trip to the locally owned shop can get your shopping done in no time. Did our weekly groceries yesterday and was pleasantly surprised it was less than $100 for two. Specials for the opening week include the following.
500grams butter $2.80- 150grams potato chips $1.19- Fresh NZ lamb leg roast $9.99kg- Tim Tam biscuits $1.99pkt many flavours- cotton sifts toilet tissue 4pkt $1.49- Cadbury chocolate Blocks 155gram-200gram $2.49 block- Surf 2n1 Laundry powder 500gram $1.59- Bananas $1.69kg- Fresh NZ Skin on Chicken Breast Fillets (brinks brand) $8.99kg- Loose Navel Oranges 99c kg. Plus many more, tomatoes were $4.99kg and I purchased two pkt fancy lettuce for $1.99, please be AWARE THESE SPECIALS ONLY AVAILABLE AT SUPER VALUE PYES PA. I found the staff very friendly and if they don't have something you regularly buy and would like them to stock just ask. Please go and give them local support, buy locally will keep us with local shops and save travelling time, they do stock beer and wine at very good prices. The alcohol that we normally buy was cheaper than both Countdown and New World.
