Come join in for an hour of mindful yoga tomorrow evening (19/12/2019), in the peaceful surrounds of Te Puna Quarry Park. Build strength, flexibility and balance through this mindful practice. Bring your mat, water bottle and a warm layer or blanket. $10 per person. We will meet on the grass next to the new amphitheatre. Suitable for beginner to intermediate yogis.
