Voted in the by-election yet? You need to hand deliver your vote by Tue 12noon

Sheldon from Matua

Just to let you know that if your voting paper is still on your kitchen bench, you will need to hand deliver it to a Tauranga City library or the TCC office on Willow St by Tuesday 1 May 12 noon.

I encourage you to exercise your democratic right to vote, and I encourage you to vote for me.

In other news, I've just created 2 videos you might like.

The first is: "Why are rates increasing by almost 10% year on year for 3 years?"

In this 6 minute video you'll find out:
* What the proposed annual rates increases are for the next 10 years
* The 5 uses for those funds
* Watch: youtu.be...

The second is: "Why is debt increasing to almost $1 Billion over the next 10 years?"

In this 8 minute video you'll find out:
* What debt is for
* How council debt is different from household debt (mortgages)
* What is causing this additional debt
* Watch: youtu.be...

I now have 7 videos teaching Tauranga City Council stuff. Watch them all: www.iamlistening.co.nz...
