Park and walkway closures
Protecting our communities from the spread of COVID-19 is our number one priority. To do this we have had to close Mauao tracks, McLaren Falls Park and all playgrounds.
We know it’s important to get outdoors and stay active, luckily Tauranga has over 20km of coastline for people to exercise. We also have a range of walking and cycleways as well as parks and trails. But please remember to stick to places that are walking distance from your home, as driving is restricted to essential services only.
