Candida Cleanse diet - have you tried it?

Well, its finally spring and I don't know about you but I am welcoming the change! Speaking of change - I survived my Candida Cleanse 2 1/2 weeks done and dusted.
How am I feeling? Bloody great to be honest! So instead of waffling on as I do, why not dive on into my latest blog grab a cuppa and enjoy.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
