Examine the glass and frames of the windows thoroughly to make sure that you know where every instance of mould occurs. This makes it easier to remove it all at the same time. They're not looking for anything too big, and are not fussed on location but the property will need to be able to accomodate their 8 months old baby, well behaved dog and cat. Great for a flat, kids room or rumpus room.
Sits up like a chair instead of the typical round bean bag.
It has barely been used apart from the cat occasionally sleeping on it. Nothing a lint roller can't fix.
