Legal help needed
Hi everyone, I am hoping there may be a legal person out there who can help me with an Affidavit. I have put together a draft with attached accompanying exhibits, but I need someone to check it and make sure it is in the correct format before I send it off to Australia. It is for a non-payment of a personal loan to a property developer regarding my property he purchased.
