Unfortunately the insurance side of things is progressing incredibly slowly which is extremely frustrating but I guess not completely unexpected. The family is now trying to secure temporary accommodation in the area so if you know of a house available in Welcome Bay for a family of 4 that would be much appreciated.
The family has been overwhelmed with the support from the community. Any financial support you can provide is much appreciated.
