Mike Dick Builders - awesome!
A few weeks ago I asked around for a builder recommendation to do a small renovation job i.e. building walls and large cupboards, installing cavity sliders, re-lining the bathroom and extending the deck etc.
I was given Mike Dick's details and from his initial quote throughout the whole building process, he and his son have been excellent in all forms.
His layman communications in dealing with myself (nosy and basic knowledge of building female), his suggestions for other tradies as required (due diligence still done by me to compare quotes) through to his exemplary workmanship.
My builder husband who passed away last year would have been pleased I had found someone of Mike's calibre to do this job.
I believe when you find someone who has provided such excellent service, you should shout it from the rooftops or even better, post it on Neighbourly π

ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.
π‘οΈ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and youβre unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:ββ
β Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codesββ
β Never need to know your full credit card number β especially the CVC
β Never ask you to download software or remotely access your deviceββ
β Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.
