Mills Reef Winery & Make A Wish NZ
Kia Ora,
As some people know I am fundraising for Make A Wish New Zealand.
Thanks to Mills Reef for coming on board we have a list of Mills Reef wines that not only are discounted but for every case (12 bottles) that are brought, using the correct form*, Mills Reef will donate $40 to my Make A Wish campaign.
If you order 1 case or more there is free delivery to anywhere in the North Island. This is a great opportunity to stock up for the festive period coming up.
Please share this with as many people as possible (my aim is to get 75 cases sold).
Here is a link to my fundraising page that also explains what the Walking for Wishes campaign is: walking-for-wishes2019.everydayhero.com...
*For a form to order wines please message me and I will email it to you. You have to be 18+
๐ Riddle me this, legends! ๐
He/She who makes it, sells it.
He/She who buys it, doesn't use it.
The user doesn't know they are using it.
What is it?
(Shezz from Ngฤruawฤhia kindly provided this head-scratcher ... thanks, Shezz!)

Scam Alert: Bank cold calls
ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.
๐ก๏ธ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and youโre unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:โโ
โ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codesโโ
โ Never need to know your full credit card number โ especially the CVC
โ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your deviceโโ
โ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.
If you have received a phone call and think your account has been compromised, call ASB on 0800 ASB FRAUD (0800 272 372), or visit your local branch.
Poll: If we want to reduce speeding, what do you think actually changes driver behaviour? ๐ป๐จ๐
In the Post's article on speeding penalties, the question is asked whether speeding fines are truly about road safety, or are they just a way to boost revenue for the Crown?
What do you think? Should speeding motorists receive speeding fines or demerit points?
-
37.2% The sting of a fine (Money talks!)
-
62.8% The threat of demerit points (Nobody wants to lose their license!)
