Reliable tenants who have always paid on time and kept their current property in tidy condition. Please if anyone has any leads they would be appreciated.

No longer needed. No more projects. Works well. Needs very small adjustment to accurately cut at 90 degrees. Otherwise good condition. It is currently mounted on a wooden frame to allow feeding long pieces of wood. New price about $100. Phone Cliff 021 973 449.
