2. Western Bay residents
The people from the Western Bay suburb with the most registrations in April will go in the draw to win $100 gift card and a yellow flowering Pohutukawa plant seeded locally.
Spread the word, tell others in your suburb about Space for Nature and how they can join. If your suburb has the most new members by the 15th May, you will go in the draw to win.

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
