Free School Lunches
Absolutely shocked this morning to hear on the 8am news that David Seymour (Act) is going to stop the free school lunches which Labour had in place because it was an unnecessary cost! During his campaigning he said he would NOT stop these lunches so here we are! Just trust National and NZ First stop him! All our children need to be protected and given the opportunity of having a good start to life.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
