Seeking Op Shop volunteer drivers in Tauranga, can you help? 🙏🚚
We have recently moved our van from Taupo to Tauranga, and are looking for reliable volunteer drivers to help with routine pick ups and drop offs of furniture (7 days a week) with flexibility in hours shared between multiple drivers 🛏️🛋️🪑
The route will be based daily between our three SPCA Op Shops in Tauranga, but will also require support with wider SPCA Op Shops in the Central East area every few weeks (such as Taupo and Rotorua).

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
