We’re proposing to formalise and consolidate how we acquire and dispose of property currently, in a consistent and transparent approach that aims at delivering the best value to ratepayers, includes proposed provisions and clear guidance, as well as a right of first refusal for mana whenua on some properties sold by council.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Hi neighbours, I am an artist and I am looking for chunky blocks of wood, offcuts, any wood but must be chunky , minimum 10cm cubed or larger. They don't need to be perfect, irregular shapes will be fine, any type of wood. Also I need steel rods.... eg: refer to image .
