We have a young friend, Hugo, from New Caledonia who has been attending Waikato University. He is fluent in both French & English & also has Australian citizenship, so is legally able to work in NZ. He wants to get a job in vidéo making or something like that.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
