Search for mum and newborn baby in Tauranga
Police are urgently looking for a woman and her newborn baby. They are "extremely concerned" about the welfare of Lauren Hamilton, 34, of Tauranga.
Hamilton was last seen a few days ago in the Tauranga area, a police spokeswoman said. "Lauren recently gave birth and is believed to have her newborn baby with her."
Police declined to elaborate on why they are concerned for Hamilton's welfare.
Anyone who has seen Hamilton in the past few days, or knows where she is, should ring 111.
