DOG BOARDING WANTED FOR 3 WEEKS IN MAY-JUNE

Elly from Papamoa Beach

Good morning, Can anybody recommend a dog boarding place for our lovely border collie cross, Zoe? See photo. She is social and likes moderate action regularly. Zoe is OK in a cage and will chill-out or sleep, as long as she gets time out of the cage a few times a day. We go out with her 2 or 3 times a day. She loves the beach and fetching a ball or a stick. She used to go to a farm with a doggy day care and boarding, where she thoroughly enjoyed being in a pack of dogs and running in the orchard and swimming in the creek. Unfortunately that place does not do boarding anymore. We will appreciate if you can recommend a place that suits her. Can be anywhere in wider Tauranga. The period is 23 May until 16 June. Thanks in advance. Elly (027-3718720)

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
