PLANT SALE - QUARRY PARK - SUN 28 NOV - PLANT DONATIONS WELCOME
An EXTRA plant sale will be held on Sunday 28 Nov (10am-1pm) at Te Puna Quarry Park. For sale are: garden plants, some garden tools, some house plants and some Christmas goodies. Plus there will be a rolling demo of a DEFIBRILLATOR, a raffle, and a coffee cart (with ice cream & hot chips). Proceeds are for necessary repair and ongoing maintenance of the walking tracks in Quarry Park.
We will very much appreciate your DONATION of plants, to widen the range and to boost our sales. If you are digging up garden plants, please consider donating them, ideally potted or in a box. Houseplants (cuttings) are welcome too. We may be able to pick-up.

🌉🛶 Early Birds Might Crack This One First… or Not? 🥚🧠

🪱🐦 When are you the most productive? 🌙🦉
The Post has been diving into our daily habits, and research suggests being an early bird or a night owl isn’t just a choice—it’s biology! We all have that specific time when our brains finally "click" into gear.
This raises a big question for the modern workplace. To get the best out of everyone, should employers accommodate our natural body clocks? This idea is at the heart of the four-day work week and flexible scheduling movements.
We want to hear from you:
1. When does your brain "click" into gear?
2. Would a flexible (or shortened) schedule change the way you work?
