What a gorgeous weekend!
I hope you had a lovely weekend - so good to see the sun. I managed to tidy up the vege garden ready to Spring plant only to find everyone else had the same idea and there was no plants at Bunnings! Never mind at least its ready to go.
Now is the time to Spring Clean, renew filters (dont forget the fridge!) Ive had lots of reaction and enquiry to my previous post on Shower Filters - so many people sensitive to chlorine in their water, and getting great results with a shower filter. So happy to help and improve peoples health. Have a great week.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
