Find out your daily sugar intake - University Sugar Study

Hiranya from Greerton - Parkvale

Kia ora everyone!

Hope you are all well and keeping safe.

I am a Master's of Public Health student researching sugar at the University of Auckland. For my research, I am currently running a study that calculates and provides feedback on your daily sugar intake.

If you are 18 years or older and this sounds interesting to you, you are welcome to join. Participation involves filling out two short online surveys; one now and one after 30-days. There are even prizes to be won if you complete both surveys.

If you want to learn more or join, use the link below. There is only 1 week left to join so be in quick!

Feel free to also share this link with any friends or whanau who may also be interested!

Nga mihi,
Hiranya

🌉🛶 Early Birds Might Crack This One First… or Not? 🥚🧠

The Riddler from The Neighbourly Riddler

A person is crossing a bridge and sees a boat full of people, yet there isn't a single person on board.
How is this possible?

(Susan from Massey kindly provided this head-scratcher ... thanks, Susan!)

🪱🐦 When are you the most productive? 🌙🦉

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Post has been diving into our daily habits, and research suggests being an early bird or a night owl isn’t just a choice—it’s biology! We all have that specific time when our brains finally "click" into gear.

This raises a big question for the modern workplace. To get the best out of everyone, should employers accommodate our natural body clocks? This idea is at the heart of the four-day work week and flexible scheduling movements.

We want to hear from you:
1. When does your brain "click" into gear?
2. Would a flexible (or shortened) schedule change the way you work?
