If you are not happy at the prospect of a rates rise of over 16% this year, forecast to be over 140% over the next 10 years, you must tell the Council this is not on!! So far it looks like there are only 610 submissions - only 610 people who have said they are unhappy at this prospect?? Please enter a submission and make sure your opinion is counted.
