Job opening for a healthy, fairly fit, energetic and practical helper, possible semi retired farmer or man of the land.
We are looking for 1 more helper, preferable a man for immediate start to help primarily with out door tasks and maintenance which come up daily on a lifestyle block just out of Tauranga. The hours we are seeking to cover are Thursdays from 8am to 4-6pm and other afternoon shifts during the week and relief work as need be. This is a contracted position, so no paid holiday or sick days, sorry. Your key qualities are dependable, capable, positive with great attitude to life and living, very energetic and very fit and very healthy to get things done and not scared to get their hands dirty or wear gum boots and fix or build a fence, honest and friendly with a kind disposition and being very respectful. ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.
🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.
