The next four-session round of Cardio tennis starts next Monday 29 August.
Cardio tennis is a fun 60 minute high energy fitness activity that combines the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games, and skills. It’s a great calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout, accompanied by my legendary playlist and insightful coaching tips. Cardio Tennis is a fun and very social activity for all ages and fitness levels.
