What are your ideas for Tauranga City Council?
This week I started my campaign for election onto Tauranga City Council.
I’m asking people what their ideas are for Tauranga city, and got this message from a friend of mine, Dr Ian McLean (pictured).
He lived in Tauranga for a long time (and spoke at my second TEDxTauranga events in 2014). Ian has recently moved to the Netherlands which is famous for it’s commuter cycling. I found what he had to say about the environment and cycling fascinating.

Poll: 🤖 What skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?
The Reserve Bank has shared some pretty blunt advice: there’s no such thing as a “safe” job anymore 🛟😑
Robots are stepping into repetitive roles in factories, plants and warehouses. AI is taking care of the admin tasks that once filled many mid-level office jobs.
We want to know: As the world evolves, what skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?
