a shot in the dark - for a new home

Keira from Greerton - Parkvale

Kia Ora, so we are looking for a new home 2-3 bedrooms in areas of Ohauiti, Pyes Pa, Gate Pa, Greerton, Oropi and the like. My husband works in the Kiwi industry so we need to be in good reach of the orchards of Pyes Pa. I am working on setting up my own business so I can be anywhere.

Is it completely unheard of to get rent of $350 these days in Tauranga?

We seek a cosy place that we can care for as our home, long term if need be. We love to grow our own veggies, so we do like a little/big patch of green. We don't smoke, nor drink though we love to bake, cook, share & eat! So if a kindly landlord or lady is out there looking for a respectable pair to care for your home as their home then we could be them.

Thanks to whoever reads.
Brilliant day to you,
Best wishes, Keira

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
