Motorists complaining of up to 40-minute waits during the morning commute into Taupō can breath a sign of relief after power lines company Unison agreed to complete its work outside peak times.
Unison has been replacing power poles and overhead conductors on and around Norman Smith St, right next to one of the town’s busiest intersections at Control Gates Bridge.
