Free Yoga Classes
It’s looking like rain again this weekend and you’ll probably be bored stuck at home indoors.
So why not treat yourself to some FREE yoga classes this Saturday 16 July. Classes are from 11.30am - 12.45pm and / or 3 - 4 pm at Empower Fitness, Taupo.
These classes will be taught by Asia Pacific Yoga teacher trainees (who would be teaching the public for the first time). It's totally FREE with no strings attached. They just would love some people to teach to.
No experience needed. Bring a friend!
