Starting today look out for Miss Melody and the tutu Teady Bear in your richmond heights neighbourhood. Other Freedom Members are getting on board to help the children get outside and combat boredom. They will help their brain develop even when playing outside in the fresh air. Hope it helps!

Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
