We are not inclined to talk about this subject too much. Some telltale factors are obvious if a person has been made aware of them. A physical check does not tell the whole story as only part of the prostate can be accessed for examination. A PSA blood test can be more specific if cancer is present. A privately paid for MRI scan if not available from the public health service will provide the best information one way or the other.
