Neighbours Day Roadshow - we were in you neighbourhood!
Catching up with our road trip posts! On Thursday we started in Taupo, at the Lake Taupo Hospice, check out their BBQ themed cookie invites! What an incredible idea, and a great bunch! We scooted up to Rotorua and heard all about the community led work going on Eastside Pest Free with Mary! And found some old school neighbours day flyers, and even badges from the original neighbours day!

Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
