Our Customer Support Centres in Taupō and Turangi will be in new locations from Monday, November 2 with new opening hours.
Taupō Customer Support Centre will be moving to the i-SITE building at 30 Tongariro Street. Turangi Customer Support Centre will be moving to the i-SITE building at 1 Ngawaka Place.
The opening hours in Taupō will be 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 1pm on Saturday and Sunday. The Turangi hours will be 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and 10am to 1pm, Saturday and Sunday.
