Music in the Gardens - Sunday 12 March
Come and join us at the Waipahihi Botanical Gardens on Shepherd Road, Taupō for a day (11 to 3pm) of music - all local musicians and dancers - ukeleles, jazz, folk, cultural, classical, brass band, concert band, and nature activities for children organised by Kids Greening Taupō. Bring a rug, picnic and family and friends. No charge. Donations welcome.
Roadworks on SH1 between Hampton Downs and Rangiriri
From 7 to 18 December, there will be night-time closures on SH1 between Hampton Downs and Rangiriri (Sundays to Thursdays, 9pm to 5am) to carry out wire rope barrier maintenance. Please expect delays when travelling through this area.
