They get away with this.

Roger from South Waikato District

6 months ago, approximately the South Waikato District Council planted up a section of the Matarawa stream with Native grasses, shrubs etc.
They mulched the stream Banks ,planted up,even used weed mats.To suppress the weeds.
TODAY THEY MOWED OVER THE LOT.
Clean Green Corruption Free NEW ZEALAND .I think not.
Why do we put up with ,from our local council what any other business or individual would be sued for.
Wake up Tokoroa & the South Waikato you are supporting one almighty rort.
If the SWDC takes exception to this post and in any way suggests that I am exaggerating the remedy is in their hands.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
.
Do you think NZ should follow suit? Vote in our poll and share your thoughts below.
