Rewarewa Honey from the Waitakere Ranges
Rewarewa honey from October-November 2024!
This was harvested from my apiaries in the Waitakere Ranges of West Auckland. A pollen analysis from Analytica Laboratories indicates that this honey is almost monofloral (one nectar source] Rewarewa honey.
This batch is firm but soft with a smooth creamy texture.
500g. $13, or four for $45.
