Wool for Ukraine
Dear Neighbours, I need help. I have organised knitting to go to Ukraine and have used up my considerable stash, but I am now very short on pure DK wool. Can you help me. I need at least 3 balls of unused wool with at least 1 complete ball band. The care instructions on the ball band will be translated hence the need for them. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
