YOU NEED THIS - Early Action for Faster Recovery - Immune Support Supplements

Rae from

Hello Neighbours. I would like to offer you my Immune Supplements consisting of the following products to support Early Action for Faster Recovery. All are made in New Zealand and are of very high quality

QUERCETIN - Quercetin acts as an antiviral, an anti-inflammatory agent, and an antioxidant all in one. As a polyphenol derived from leafy green plants like green tea and broccoli, its potential as an inhibitor for COVID-19 and other viruses has been the subject of much research. Thus far, quercetin has shown promise in promoting and enhancing the inflammation response to viruses like COVID-19

NAC - Good defense against viral infections. NAC has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating characteristics that may prove beneficial in the treatment of respiratory conditions. NAC can relieve symptoms of respiratory conditions by acting as an antioxidant and expectorant, loosening mucus in your air passageways. As an antioxidant, NAC helps replenish glutathione levels in your lungs and reduces inflammation in your bronchial tubes and lung tissue.

K2D3 – (Vitamin D3 5000iu plus Vitamin K2) When taken regularly, vitamin D helps prevent the production of excessive inflammatory cytokines and amplifies the pathogen-fighting abilities of important white blood cells that provide your immune response. Research also suggests that vitamin D helps stimulate peptides that reside in your respiratory tract and help protect your lungs against infections. Vitamin D is notoriously hard to get adequate levels of, even with a healthy diet, so supplementation is key.

VITA ZINC - Zinc is perhaps one of the best supplements to boost your immune system, as it helps your body moderate the production of inflammatory cytokines and plays a vital part in your body’s immune response to pathogens. Also, zinc has been shown to specifically address respiratory tract infections.

VITAMIN C – Vitamin C has several mechanisms of action that give it wide-ranging benefits to the body. It is a water-soluble antioxidant that promotes a healthy immune system, and supports connective tissue formation.

COLLOIDAL SILVER NASAL SPRAY – Reduce Viral Load. Application specific for nasal passages, to help clear nasal infections/irritations. For immune support, acute and chronic infection and will support the body in natural healing.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

DOC is rolling out a new tool to help figure out what to tackle first when it comes to protecting our threatened species and the things putting them at risk.

Why does this matter? As Nikki Macdonald from The Post points out, we’re a country with around 4,400 threatened species. With limited time and funding, conservation has always meant making tough calls about what gets attention first.

For the first time, DOC has put real numbers around what it would take to do everything needed to properly safeguard our unique natural environment. The new BioInvest tool shows the scale of the challenge: 310,177 actions across 28,007 sites.

Now that we can see the full picture, it brings the big question into focus: how much do we, as Kiwis, truly value protecting nature — and what are we prepared to invest to make it happen?

We hope this brings a smile!

Poll: Canterbury is thriving on paper... but are you seeing evidence of Canterbury's improving economy?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Press, Reserve Bank Governor Anna Breman recently gave a shout-out to our region, calling Canterbury a "stand-out" for how we recover from tough times. With tech firms growing and exporters investing, the business side of things is looking bright!

👉 But we know that "business growth" doesn't always mean the weekly shop gets any cheaper. While the city expands, many families feel like they’re just trying to keep their heads above water.

We want to know: With the business buzz of 2026, do you feel like things are finally looking up for your household, or does it still feel like a climb?
