Student mufti day boosts local food bank
Four "wonderful and empathetic" year 8 students at Rangiora Borough School organised a mufti day with a difference for the last day of term 2.
Ella Paterson, Paige Allen, Sophia George and Addison Spragg encouraged each student to bring a non-perishable grocery item.
More than 600 items were then presented to the Rangiora Salvation Army food bank.
Well done girls!
