The annual Pegasus Bay Art Show is on the 21st-23rd September. 77 artists from throughout Canterbury will be exhibiting a wide range of artworks alongside guest artist Linelle Stacy.

Opening Show
Friday the 21st September from 7.00pm
Ticketed R18 event with bar, music, nibbles and more on the night.
Tickets are $20pp.

Saturday and Sunday Shows
10.00am-4.00pm and is a gold coin donation.

There will be entertainment for the whole family over the weekend including a range of art tutorials on Saturday. Check out our Facebook page for more information.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
