Heath began painting at a young age, encouraged by his parents, aunts and teachers, and attended art school in Christchurch where he threw himself into all aspects from painting and sculpture to design and art history.
Now he is exhibiting a large selection of his artwork at the Brick Mill Cafe in Waikuku, and is relishing seeing some of his old works of art again.
The exhibition will run daily at the Brick Mill Cafe in Waikuku from 10am to 4pm until June 2.

Under the proposal, almost 2500 extra houses would have access to public transport in the centres of Rangiora, Kaiapoi and Woodend.
The centres would also be better linked by public transport, with two new Link services planned to enable people to travel between the three townships.
