Car Accident -Witnesses Sought

Jennie from Picton - Waikawa

Hi there, I'm hoping someone can help me.Yesterday morning at approximately 10 to 10 I was waiting at the Nelson St roundabout travelling to the Blenheim town centre. I was on SH1 behind several vehicles and stationary when I was rear ended with quite a significant jolt and resulting damage to the rear of my silver Honda Civic. Just then my line of traffic began to move so I proceeded slowly straight ahead through the roundabout expecting the driver of the car behind to follow and sort matters. Unfortunately she didn't and went round the roundabout and right, onto Nelson St (SH6).
Please could you contact me if you were that person or if you know any information to identify this car and driver I would appreciate this very much so I don't lose my Excess and No Claims bonus. CCTV showed it to be a silver late model car, most likely a Sabaru Legacy. Please contact me on 0221558990
Thanks

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
