Qigong focus on healing mind and body

Interested in learning how to heal the body and calm the mind? Join us to learn very gentle, minimal movements, suitable for all ages and abilities.
Focus is on balancing the body, mind and spirit for better health using techniques and 5 Element knowledge from Spring Forest Qigong.
Held on Friday's 9.30am - 10.30am in the Mezzanine Level at the TOWN HALL, Alnwick St, Warkworth (New Zealand).
