Silky Otter Cinemas has opened in Palmerston North, eager to woo movie lovers back to the big screen with its stylish surrounds, food service and discount days.
Its chief executive Neil Lambert has lamented that many parents don't take their kids to the pictures any more.

There are 60+ decorated Christmas Trees for your enjoyment. The Salvation Army Band will be playing tonight and we thank them for their support again this year.
Come along to Levin Uniting Church and enjoy some Christmas spirit. Entry is $2 or a non perishable food item to support our local foodbanks.
